2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 31-01-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1074 of 2024 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021.

3.It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to communication gap, the petitioners could not be able to surrender within the stipulated time. It is further prayed on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11966 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 behalf of the counsel for the petitioners that further time may be extended so that the petitioners could surrender in the court below.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the order dated 31-01-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1074 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 31-01-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1074 of 2024.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
