The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272/273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a)/41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 10 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the orchard of co-accused Shivnandan Sahani and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
