Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 263 and 264 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner took the minor son of the informant namely Md. Maksood with intend to sale him. Victim has denied the allegation in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bajpatti Police Station Case No. 213 of 2018, with the following

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 12752 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
