The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner kidnapped the minor grand daughter of the informant and he kept her in an unknown place. Hence, this is not a fit

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
