2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant got married with petitioner No. 1 and thereafter, all the accused persons including these petitioners used to torture and harass her for dowry for which she lodged a case vide Palasi P. S. Case No. 321/18 due to which the accused persons, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15150 of 2024(3) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 connivance with others, abused and assaulted her and then kidnapped her and took her away and when she tried to restrain them, all the accused persons threatened to kill her.
