The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner was apprehended in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 in which the Police recorded recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is accused in five other cases, as detailed in para-3 to the petition, but he is on bail in that cases, due to that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10061 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 reasons, he has falsely been implicated in this case recording his confessional statement showing his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P.S.
