JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Purnea.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as
Patna High Court CWJC No.22857 of 2018(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the said authority for redressal of their grievances and in case the petitioners approach the said authority within a period of four weeks from today, the said authority shall examine the case of the petitioners on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
