That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs and order / orders in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents authorities to get the encroachment removed from public road bearing plot no. 638/900 and pien bearing plot no.

636/901, Mauza Bedhna, from NH 30-A to Gosain Math, Panchayat Surhari under Harnaut Block, District-Nalanda which has been encroached by the local public and further for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner entitled in the facts and circumstances of the instant

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Harnaut, DistrictNalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Harnaut, District-Nalanda by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
