2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother-in-law(Bhaisur) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him of demand of dowry and torture.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
