The prayer is on behalf of the petitioner to grant second assured career progression scheme which can be examined by the District Appellate Authority/State Appellate Authority in the light of the judgment passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020.

If such an appeal is preferred within a period of one month henceforth, the concerned District Appellate Authority shall decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of one year in the light of the judgment dated 23.02.2022 passed in C.W.J.C.
