This application for regular bail arises out of Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the F.I.R. that the informant's son was missing from 20th of August, 2019, who had gone with the petitioner to some place. Since the informant's son did not return, the informant lodged the present F.I.R., raising suspicion that the petitioner might have killed the deceased because the petitioner had taken a loan of Rs. 30,000/- from the deceased and was refusing to repay the amount.

It is evident from the F.I.R. that the petitioner has

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Ismailpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2019.
