Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2015.

Thirty liters of country-made liquor was recovered from the cowshed of this petitioner in the year 2015. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
