The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(c)(f) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that from the poultryform of Shisu Pal Mahto gas cylinder etc including three liters of country-made liquor was recovered.

Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Poultryform is run by the manager. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14221 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rahui Police Station Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
