JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 854 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he took the deceased from his house and after that the dead body of the deceased was recovered. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 854 of 2014 pending in the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14520 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
