JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-03-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's counsel relying upon the supplementary affidavit filed today that under notification dated 05.09.2016 the petitioner has been granted promotion as Deputy Secretary. He however, submits that his due date of promotion would be 05.03.2013 i.e. the date on which his juniors have been granted promotion. He submits that for shifting back of the date of promotion and other consequential benefits in respect of promotion to the higher post of Joint Secretary he will be submitting a detailed representation giving details of juniors who have been granted promotion in support of the claim of the petitioner before the respondent no. 2.
