JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2026 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 17.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 6718 of 2018, the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gopalganj (opposite party no. 6) has passed a speaking order dated 12.06.2018, as contained in Annexure-E to the show-cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 6. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to challenge the said order dated 12.06.2018 before the appropriate forum, if so advised.

2. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
