JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Excise P.S. Case No. 418 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 30(A) of Excise Act.

It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

There is recovery of 9 litres and 930 ml.of foreign liquor from the 'Aagan' of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016 Keeping in view the clean antecedent and the period spent by the petitioner in jail, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
