By the present modification application, the petitioner seeks a modification of the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16017 of 2015.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was prevented due to unavoidable reasons in depositing the amount of Rs. 1500/- per month by 30.11.2015. It is further submitted that he had got deposited the amount but there was delay of three days. However though the money was accepted, the bail bonds furnished by the petitioner were not accepted as there was already delay in compliance of the order passed by this Court. As such, the petitioner seeks extension of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9462 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2016 P2/2 time fixed in the order for filing of bail bonds and to surrender in the Court below.

Considering facts and explanation given in the aforementioned modification application, let the period of surrender be extended by another period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
