Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections- 363, 365, 376(G), 366, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl herself has stated that it was Awadhesh Singh who committed rape and taken her to Hilsa and thereafter to Silao. Petitioner has been named by the victim girl with a motive to gain money. Charge has been framed in the case. Petitioner is in custody 16.11.2015.

Case No. 60 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2016.
