JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 The learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. It is submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged against the concerned A.S.I. who was creating hindrances and engaging in coercive methods against the petitioner illegally. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the protection granted to him in order to construct his house, hence he does not want to pursue the present case any further.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands
