He has handed over copy of communication dated 11.04.2016 issued by the Director of soil Conservation, Bihar Patna addressed to the respondent no. 5 requesting him to look into the grievance of the petitioner and to resolve the issue. In spite of the said letter having been issued in April, 2016 it is submitted that petitioner's claim for enhanced pay scale of Rs 10,000-15,200 in place of 6,500-10,500 w.e.f 09.08.99 has not

Patna High Court CWJC No.3006 of 2016 dt.28-03-2019 2/2 been resolved. He submits that respondent no. 5 be directed to dispose off the claim of the petitioner as per the communication dated 11.04.2016.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this Court would direct the respondent no. 5 to dispose off the claim of the petitioner, if the same has not been done till date. Copy of the order disposing off the claim of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order should be communicated to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Writ petition is disposed off.
