JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 154 of 2016 registered under Sections 399,402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-A) (1-B)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2016.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner was caught hold with arms by the police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20316 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is, therefore, rejected.
