JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 Although the present writ petition was filed for setting aside the letter dated 29.10.2018 passed by the Department of Law, Government of Bihar, Patna, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was removed from the post of Special Public Prosecutor, Excise Act, Jamui, however, during the interregnum period, the tenure of the petitioner has already stood expired, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court may direct that the said letter dated 29.10.2018 shall not have any stigmatic effect upon the career of the petitioner, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.4164 of 2019(4) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 off as not pressed, however, it is clarified that the order dated 29.10.2018 removing the petitioner from the post of Special Public Prosecutor, Excise Act, Jamui shall not be construed to be having any stigmatic effect on the petitioner in future.
