The petitioner seeks bail in Chewara P.S. case No. 43/2019 registered under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 30(a), 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. 13 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2020. The petitioner, who is a lady, has remained in jail for more than one month. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S. case No. 43/2019.
