Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that on perusal of the injury report as enclosed in the case diary, it is evident that the injury of the victims is simple in nature. Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.05.2022 is hereby confirmed in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.408 of 2019.
