The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Special Survey Amin by furnishing false and fabricated certificates.

It is submitted that petitioner has go valid certificates and the concerned authorities without verifying from the concerned office and without giving opportunity to explanation, the authority lodged this FIR and subsequently, this petitioner has already been terminated from the service. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
