Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail, if their trial is not concluded within four months.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 9.5.2016 and admittedly, their trial could not be concluded within the above stated period. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge IX, East Champaran at Motihari in Sessions trial no. 10/2017 arising out of Dumariyaghat P.S. Case no. 49/2016.
