2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 967 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409, 467, 468, 34 IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54989 of 2023 which is annexed as Annexure 'P12' to the application. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15304 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 967 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
