The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2018. The FIR of the occurrence of commission of theft is against unknown. Confessional statement of the petitioner is there before the police after arrest by the police. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
