1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case no.372 of 2023 registered under sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with one another is said to have given knife blow on the fatherin-law of the informant causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case in a family dispute between the parties. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been narrated in the F.I.R. Against the allegation of knife blow by two persons which includes the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14305 of 2024(3) dt.24-04-2024 2/2 herein, only one injury has been found. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2023 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner having remained in custody for 7 months since 18.9.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case no.372 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM I, Saran at Chapra.
