This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, allegedly, attempted to commit rape on the grand daughter of the informant. The victim as well as her brother have supported the aforesaid allegation before the police. The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2016.
