JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 357 of 2016, T.R. No. 1839 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 323, 354, 435, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to disrobe the informant and also of assaulting her daughter causing loss of two teeth and also allegation of abusing her by caste name. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that cognizance has not been taken taken either under SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act or under Section 307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity and the allegation of trying to
