08.04.2015 A modification petition has been filed on behalf of the present petitioner for a correction in the name of father of the petitioner as well as the address, which according to him by inadvertence and due to similarity of name with another person got wrongly typed in the main petition itself, which also got carried in the cause title of the Order, dated 02.02.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4798 of 2014 and other cases.

In view of Annexure-2 and the "Adhar-Card", produced on behalf of the petitioner, let the name of father of the petitioner be changed to Laxmi Sah, Resident of Pipara, P.S. - Banmankhi, District - Purnea

Patna High Court MJC No.669 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 in the cause title of the Order, dated 02.02.2015. Modification application is allowed.

Rest of the Orders remains the same.
