Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341/384/504/34 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that the petitioner has opened fire and demanded a sum of Rs. One Lakh from the informant. Learned counsel submits that the allegations have made due to old enmity and now compromise has been arrived at between the parties.

Having regard to the facts and circumstance of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-
