The petitioner seeks bail in Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 37/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named four persons including the petitioner Binodi Mandal and alleged that they all surrounded him. Kare Mandal fired which hit the informant on his head. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant on his hand with butt of the pistol.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Kare Mandal @ Kare Lal Mandal has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 01.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2343/2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12481 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 The case of the petitioner stands on the better footing. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No. 37/2016.
