The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 380 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

One Dinesh Sah was apprehended while committing theft. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Dinesh Sah. Dinesh Sah has already been granted bail, vide order dated 16.1.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.1387 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
