Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirbahoor P.S. Case No. 558 of 2017 for the offence under section 30(A)/30(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 69 years old. He has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case where 516.75 liters Tari and 20 glass was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2018. Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact tht petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, , be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
