2. The petitioner is directed to give a suitable representation before the respondent No. 03 herein along with the supporting documents evidencing that he has repaid an amount of approximately Rs. 23 lakhs to the credit of the loan account within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same duly verifying the claim of the petitioner. In case the claim of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3514 of 2024(14) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authority shall give a revised statement to the petitioner showing the balance amount payable to the credit of the loan account within a period of four weeks thereof.
