The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 27.04.2015 marriage of brother-in-law of the informant was performed, thereafter informant and his wife were not allowed to go from the matrimonial house. When on 28.04.2015 the accused persons abducted the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 28.04.2015 the complaint

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6186 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 was filed on 09.06.2015 which came to be registered as Police Case on 15.07.2014, whereas the wife of the informant Babita Devi lodged Complaint Case No. 1336 of 2015 on 08.07.2015 against the informant levelling accusation under Sections 323, 307, 354A, B, C of the Indian Penal Code. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the victim has subsequently lodged a case against her own husband, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Motihari in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
