The petitioner is accused in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 457 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from possession of the petitioner. Mr. Uday Chand Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in both cases, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 18.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9827 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 457 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
