JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the concerned respondent authority to pay the remaining 2nd and 3rd term loan of Rs.6,00,000/- (six lakhs) to the petitioner which has not been paid by the concerned authority uptill now.

ii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent authority not to pressurize the petitioner to change his trade "Tent House/Event Management" which has already been changed in lieu of poultry farm by the concerned officials and 1st term loan was

iii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents authority to consider the representations of the petitioner and treat his trade as Tent House/Event Management instead of poultry farm which has already been changed by the concerned respondent authority and pay the remaining term loan to petitioner for business of Tent House/Event Management."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
