2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. 494 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 323, 379, 504, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, but cognizance taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code only.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and this is the first complaint of its nature since the parties were married 10 years ago. The petitioner is willing to keep the complainant with due dignity and honour but it is she who does not want to reside with the joint family of the petitioner.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody since 06.09.2016 already suffered, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No. 494 of 2012.
