JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 for offences under Sections 393, 342 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners were not named in the FIR and their names have surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjeet Kumar Ray. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are not named in the FIR, this Court is inclined to grant bail to them. Let petitioners, above-
