The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
High tension wire was recovered from a Magic vehicle when four persons were apprehended along with 500 meters of high tension wire, who disclosed that other persons were escorting the Magic van and petitioner escaped from the scene.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the recovery has not been made from the petitioner and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6255 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
