Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court has been complied with, the personal appearance of the Principal Secretary, Department of Public Health Engineering, Government of Bihar is dispensed with, however, with a direction that in case the monetary benefits are not granted within a period of two weeks from today, contempt proceedings would be initiated against the opposite parties, upon an Interlocutory application being filed by the petitioner for revival of the contempt petition.

With the aforesaid directions, the present contempt petition stand disposed of.
