The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 419, 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the identifier of the vendor Abdul Khair in the forged sale deed executed in favour of Raj Kumar Yadav. It is submitted that there is no dispute with regard to the sale deed wherein the petitioner identified the executant. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S. Case
