JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 19-09-2017 On 07.09.2017 M.J.C. No. 914 of 2008 was withdrawn. However, inadvertently, the order has been passed in M.J.C. No. 914 of 2016, an application for restoration.

In view of the above, the following orders are passed:- M.J.C. No. 914 of 2008 is dismissed as having been withdrawn.

So far as M.J.C. No. 914 of 2016 is concerned, this is an application for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 15077 of 2015 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 21.01.2016. Keeping in view the reasons indicated in the application, the same is allowed. C.W.J.C. No. 15077 of 2015 is restored to its original file.
