JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Opposite party No. 2 and learned A.P.P. for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Jogbani P. S. Case No. 138 of 2016 corresponding to Spl. Case No. 36 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case by the S.S.B. Personnel on the basis of mere suspicion and nothing incriminating articles or Psychotropic substance has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.09.2016.

Chhotu Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Jogbani P. S. Case No. 138 of 2016 corresponding to Spl. Case No. 36 of 2016.
