Petitioner is accused in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.

of registered under Sections 341,323,307,379,504,506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to local politics and has committed no offence. Also similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6501 of 2017 vide order dated 10.02.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16236 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chef Judicial Magistrate II, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 370 of 2016.
