This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Eighty bottles containing 300 ml each of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.09.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxau at Motihari, or successor Court.
